If you cannot see the download window or you are having trouble downloading please go through the following troubleshooting list;
- Try a different browser. I recommend Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
- In Box uncheck the ‘Hide extensions’ box.
- If you are using Chrome try unchecking ‘Use hardware acceleration option’. Go to Chrome Menu ->Settings ->Show Advanced Settings -> Under System, uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available ->Restart Chrome..
- Turn off any ad blocking software for the G4 website.
- Check your firewall settings and preferences. MAC users & Window Users. E.g. In Firefox choose ‘Preferences’ ‘Security’ ‘Exceptions’ and add ‘box.net’ to allow downloads.
- Update your browser to the latest version
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- Update Adobe Flash
- Update Java
