Downloads

If you cannot see the download window or you are having trouble downloading please go through the following troubleshooting list;

  1. Try a different browser. I recommend Firefox, Safari or Chrome.
  2. In Box uncheck the ‘Hide extensions’ box.
  3. If you are using Chrome try unchecking ‘Use hardware acceleration option’. Go to Chrome Menu ->Settings ->Show Advanced Settings -> Under System, uncheck Use hardware acceleration when available ->Restart Chrome..
  4. Turn off any ad blocking software for the G4 website.
  5. Check your firewall settings and preferences. MAC usersWindow Users. E.g. In Firefox choose ‘Preferences’ ‘Security’ ‘Exceptions’ and add ‘box.net’ to allow downloads.
  6. Update your browser to the latest version
  7. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
  8. Update Adobe Flash
  9. Update Java
